"Update!! Buyer be ware.... Evelyn told me I would only pay $2,000 for the shed total, and here it is 3 years later im still paying on it. Looms like my total pricing will be $6,000 by the payoff... remember the old saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!" Still a nice shed, and it was built for my dad, so overall, it's worth it... just thoroughly read any contracts that Evelyn creates! Cotton State Barns is the place to go for all of your barn and/or shed needs. Mrs. Evelyn was so sweet and understanding about my hectic schedule that she opened on Sunday just for me to pull off a surprise for my Dad. Thank you for all you do, and I highly recommend you and Cotton State Barns!!"
