"If you need to rent a Uhaul trailer in Dothan, I suggest going here. Mr. Norman was the most welcoming and friendly person I have had the chance to meet during my time in Dothan, AL. My husband and I arrived to pick up a small cargo trailer on a Saturday, as we were moving out of state. Naturally, moving is very stressful. And it feels like something always goes wrong. But, thanks to Norman, nothing went wrong during the pickup. It was all smooth. Perfect. We walked up to the front door of the lobby and were greeted by Mr. Norman. Not a curt type of greeting that makes you feel like they are saying 'alright, let's get this over with' but the type of greeting that makes you feel like everything is going to be okay just by the way he smiled and held himself, and with how he greeted me by name before I even said who I was, which shows he is on point with everything scheduled. There we a couple of technical problems with the computer itself, but he didn't get frazzled, didn't show any anxiety or stress at all and just calmly explained what happened, and what he was doing to fix it. THAT means the world to me. So many places just sit in front of you with a stressed look on their faces as they type away and seem frustrated as they do so, never telling you what is going on, making your own anxiety rise with each minute that passes. Not Norman though. He told us calmly, apologized for the time it was taking (which was almost no time at all). In no time at all the trailer was hooked up and we were ready to go. Before we left though, I had a small token to impart. A CD of MJ's greatest hits. His music is amazing and I had hoped it would bring Norman as much joy as he had brought to us that day by helping things go stress-free and smoothly. Mr. Norman, you are a gift to the world, thank you for your service to this nation, and thank you for your phenomenal customer service."
