"Mr. Nicholas was helpful to both the 89 year old buyer and her daughter who finished the sale and made delivery arrangements. He was exceptionally friendly and put our minds at ease. We had a couple of small damage areas. He was very responsive and those issues are being repaired as soon as possible. All around exceptional experience!"
