"The people at cotton states are very kind and helpful. The quality of my building was beyond my expectations. The build was quick and was delivered quickly. The price was very reasonable. I did not like the company that they use to pay for the building. It seems that rent to own is the only option and I would have preferred financing. The rent to own is too expensive and has too many hidden fees. That company was like pulling teeth to get information from and my payoff paperwork and deposit back. I highly recommend Cotton States, but would suggest financing it elsewhere."
