What Our Customers Say

Great customer service well worth the money for a good quality built product

Solid construction so far, we will see how it does long run, doors need some adjustments and could be a touch tighter, but alas it's a shed not living area.

Salesman was very helpful. For the price it was a quality built building.

The barns are very well constructed, using what seems to be high quality materials. The paint job on mine is on point. It matches my home perfectly. The delivery was flawless!

I looked and looked, on line and in person, they had the best price/ best build/ best salesperson. Am very much satified Delivery person did an outstanding job placing the unit.

The structural integrity of this building is superior! The parts I can see are sturdy looking, although some of the 2x4s have knots and are poor quality. for the first time , I’m not worried about my belongings getting wet from rain. And we will see what the winter holds!

Service, quality, punctuality. Quality people building quality sheds. Very good communication and easy claims and fast fix services! Extremely happy with my purchase!

It's absolutely perfect...I wanted a storage shed and a workshop and got both.. the 3 lofts are perfect for storage and the rest is my new workshop...the windows and porch make it more like a house instead of a shed...

I really like Cotton State Barns! Great-looking buildings and plenty of options to choose from. Definitely worth checking out!

I went in I told her what I wanted, she took me to the yard and right to what I wanted. Payed for it and got it received to my home and it was set up in about 30 minutes. I would recommend Cotton State barns to anyone. great company, go get you one

shed is good quality build . delivery was great driver very friendly and did excellent job getting it set up and leveled

Nice looking and

Price is reasonable, but it's still a considerable investment. The quality was slightly lower than expected in regard to materials used (hole in wall due to knots in wood, doors not aligned).

just like promised

I love my little barn storage building. It’s very well built, suits my storage needs and looks far better than a lot of the options out there! My only regret is not going bigger!

I’m very happy with the appearance and quality of my new shed. It looks exactly like I wanted and we had to wait less than two weeks for it to be built and delivered. We are completely satisfied with our purchase.
